Tell us the mission.

Who or what travels, from where to where, and when. That is enough to start.

You will have an assessment the same day.

In most cases a firm offer follows within 24 hours, naming the operator and the aircraft. If your dates or your routing make that unrealistic, we say so in the first reply rather than going quiet.

Send it in writing

The more you tell us, the better the first answer.

Nothing here is compulsory except your name, your email and the kind of movement. If you do not yet know the dates or the numbers, send it anyway and we will work it out with you.

For anything moving today, put that in the first line. A form is the wrong tool for an aircraft that has to leave this afternoon, so we read the urgent ones first.

After you send it

What happens, and roughly when.

  1. 01 We read it, and we come back the same day With an assessment of whether the mission works as described, and with the questions we need answered to price it properly.
  2. 02 We shortlist operators that can genuinely fly it Then verify each one on certificate, insurance, crew duty time and the specific aircraft, before anything reaches you.
  3. 03 You receive a named offer The operator by name, the aircraft registration, the full route with timings, what is included, and what could still move.
  4. 04 One contact holds it from there The same person, reachable around the clock, from the moment you accept until you are back.

Urgent cases go to the front.

A medical transfer or an aircraft on the ground is a conversation, not a form.

Before you send

Questions about enquiring.

Do I have to know the exact dates?

No. Send what you have. A rough window is enough for a first assessment, and in some cases moving a departure by a few hours changes the price materially, which is worth knowing before you fix anything.

Will I be put on a mailing list?

No. We use what you send to answer your enquiry. There is no newsletter, and we do not pass your details to operators until you have asked us to obtain a quote.

Is an enquiry binding?

Not in the slightest. An enquiry is a question. Nothing is committed until you accept a named offer in writing.

What if my mission is unusual?

Those are the interesting ones. Describe the movement rather than trying to fit it into a category, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

Or write to us directly.
