Hand-carry and on-board courier
Some consignments cannot go into the freight system.
Either the clock is too tight, or the item is one you will not let out of sight.
In both cases the answer is the same: a person who carries it and stays with it.
Custody is never broken, and it is documented throughout.
- 01 Collection from your hand A courier takes the item from your named sender, at your site or wherever it currently is.
- 02 Travel in the cabin The consignment moves as accompanied baggage or in the cabin on the next suitable flight, with the courier beside it.
- 03 Charter where nothing fits Where no scheduled service fits the window, we charter the lift rather than move your deadline.
- 04 Handover to a named recipient Handed over in person against a defined protocol, not left at a desk.
Things that lose their value the moment they are late.
Confidentiality and security
Couriers are briefed on the sensitivity of the consignment before they collect it, travel under a defined handover protocol, and sign confidentiality undertakings where you require it.
Nothing about a movement is discussed outside your named contacts, and we do not confirm it to third parties.

Feasibility and routing confirmed within the hour.
For European movements we can usually have a courier on the way the same day.
Who uses it
Automotive manufacturers and their suppliers, motorsport teams including Formula 1, banking and IT, clinics and laboratories, and any operation where a delay is counted in shifts rather than days.
Five answers and a courier can be moving.
With those five we confirm feasibility and routing within the hour. For European movements we can usually have a courier on the way the same day.
Before you send something.
How is this different from an express freight service?
An express service puts your consignment into a network and gives you a tracking number. A hand-carry puts it in the hands of one person who stays with it from your sender to your named recipient, and who can be telephoned.
Custody is never broken and is documented throughout. That is the whole difference, and it is why it costs more.
How quickly can a courier be moving?
We confirm feasibility and routing within the hour. For European movements we can usually have a courier on the way the same day.
Beyond Europe it depends on the first suitable departure, which we will name rather than estimate.
What if there is no suitable scheduled flight?
Then we charter the lift. The point of the service is that your deadline does not move because an airline timetable does not fit it.
Can you carry dangerous goods, samples or batteries?
Some categories yes, some categories not at all, and the answer depends on the exact item and the route. Tell us precisely what it is at the enquiry. An incorrect declaration is the one thing that reliably stops a consignment at the aircraft.
What about confidentiality?
Couriers are briefed on the sensitivity before they collect, travel under a defined handover protocol, and sign confidentiality undertakings where you require it. Nothing about a movement is discussed outside your named contacts.
Request a courier.
What it is, where it is now, where it has to be and by when. Say so at the top if it is leaving today.
