A broker, not a carrierJetmarque arranges flights between clients and air carriers. We do not operate aircraft, we hold no air operator certificate, and we are not a carrier within the meaning of the applicable air transport conventions.

The carriage contract is not with usIt is concluded between the client and the operating air carrier. Our own contractual role is that of an intermediary.
