Private jet charter, VIP and VVIP

Short notice, close control, no audience.

Some journeys cannot be planned around a timetable, and some passengers cannot travel in public.

Private charter exists for both. Who we fly: individuals and families, company principals and boards, artists and their teams, and delegations from governments, NGOs and international organisations.

Aircraft

The class follows the leg, not the impression it makes.

Light jetsRegional legs where the value is in the departure time rather than the cabin.
Mid-size and super-midContinental work with a full party and luggage, without a technical stop.
Heavy and ultra-long-rangeIntercontinental, flown nonstop where range and payload allow it.
VIP airlinersWhere the size of the party or the standard expected demands it.
WorldwideSubject to permits and crew duty limits, both of which we check before we quote and not after you book.

Discretion

We work through private terminals and general aviation facilities wherever they exist. We do not publish client names, we do not confirm movements to anyone outside your authorised contacts, and we do not use your flight as marketing.

The same applies to this website. The absence of logos on our pages is deliberate.

Before the quote reaches you

What we verify on the aircraft actually offered.

  1. 01 The certificate and its scope Valid, in the right category, and covering the operation and the region you are flying.
  2. 02 Insurance cover With sums appropriate to your party rather than whatever the operator carries as standard.
  3. 03 Crew hours on the type Experience on the specific aircraft, not hours in general.
  4. 04 Maintenance status of the tail Of the actual registration offered to you, not of the fleet it belongs to.

Reachable 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Short notice is the normal case here, not the exception.

How a quote is built

Aircraft class and flight time set the base, then positioning, the season and the airports at both ends. A one way trip that leaves the aircraft far from its base carries the cost of bringing it home, and we say so rather than fold it in quietly.

The quote names the registration, the operator and the full route with timings, and includes positioning, handling, catering, taxes and fees. What could still move is named as a variable, not left to appear afterwards.

Choosing the class

Range matters as much as cabin size.

6 to 8Passengers Light jet Citation CJ3, Phenom 300 Regional legs where the value is in the departure time.
7 to 9Passengers Mid-size jet Citation Latitude, Hawker 900XP Continental work with a full party and luggage.
8 to 10Passengers Super-mid jet Challenger 350, Falcon 2000 Longer continental sectors without a technical stop.
12 to 16Passengers Heavy jet Falcon 7X, Global 6000, G550 Intercontinental, with a cabin you can work and sleep in.
13 to 19Passengers Ultra-long-range Global 7500, Falcon 8X, G650 The long pairs flown nonstop, where range decides everything.
19 to 50Passengers VIP airliner BBJ, ACJ319, ACJ320 Where the size of the party or the standard expected demands it.

A heavy jet that flies your sector nonstop is often the better answer than a mid-size one that has to stop for fuel, once the extra hour on the ground and the second handling are counted.

Questions we are asked

Before you call.

How quickly can a flight be arranged?

It depends on where a suitable aircraft actually is, on crew duty time, and on whether the route needs permits. Those are the three things that decide it, and none of them is helped by an optimistic answer.

We will name the earliest realistic departure rather than the earliest one we would like to be true.

Is the quoted price complete?

It includes positioning, handling, catering, taxes and fees, against a named registration and a named operator. Variables such as de-icing, extended waiting time or a slot change are named as variables with an indication of their size.

Who knows about the flight?

Your authorised contacts, the operator and the handling agents who have to know. We do not publish client names, we do not confirm movements to third parties, and we do not use your flight as marketing.

The absence of client logos on this website is deliberate rather than an oversight.

What do you check on the aircraft you offer?

The operator certificate and its scope, insurance cover with sums appropriate to your party, crew hours on the specific type, and the maintenance status of the actual tail offered rather than of the fleet it belongs to.

An operator that fails a check does not appear in your options, and we tell you that it happened.

Which airports can you use?

Private terminals and general aviation facilities wherever they exist, and a great many smaller airfields that scheduled services do not serve at all. That is usually where the time is saved, rather than in the air.

What decides it is runway length, opening hours, customs availability and handling at the hour you want, all of which we confirm before quoting rather than after you book.

We are reachable 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Short notice is the normal case here, not the exception.
