What we arrange

Some missions are not simply a flight with different passengers.

A squad needs its kit to arrive with it. A series lives or dies on the rate agreed in January.

A patient transfer is decided by the medical configuration, not by the aircraft. Each of these is a different problem wearing the same word, and the pages below describe what actually changes in each case.

Whichever one it is

Four things do not change.

The operator is verified firstCertificate, insurance, crew hours on the type and the maintenance status of the actual tail offered. An operator that fails a check does not reach your shortlist.
The quote is itemisedThe operator by name, the registration, the full route with timings, and what is included. Anything that could still move is named as a variable.
One contact holds the caseThe same person from the enquiry to the arrival, reachable around the clock. Not a duty desk and not a ticket number.
The ground is planned, not assumedSlots, handling, customs and crew duty time at both ends. Ninety per cent of charter problems are ground problems.

Worldwide, subject to permits and crew duty limits.

Both of which we check before we quote, not after you book.

If none of these is quite it

The eight above are the missions we are asked for most often, not a catalogue we are limited to. A film crew with unusual equipment, an evacuation at short notice, a shuttle programme for a construction site: the work is the same, only the constraints change.

Describe the movement rather than the category and we will tell you whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, and we know who is, we say so.

Who we work for

Across all eight.

We do not publish client names, and nothing about a movement is confirmed to third parties.

Companies and their travel desks From a single board movement to a recurring shuttle on a fixed route.
Clubs, federations and agencies Squads, staff, officials and organised supporter groups.
Insurers, assistance companies and clinics Medical transfers, repatriations and retrievals.
Public authorities and international organisations Delegation travel, repatriation and personnel movements.
Private clients Individuals and families, with the same checks as everyone else.
Questions we are asked

Before you pick a page.

Which of these do I need?

Start with what is difficult about the movement rather than with the category. If the hard part is numbers, it is group charter. If it is the departure time, it is private charter. If it is a clinical picture, it is MedEvac.

If you are not sure, describe the movement and we will tell you. It costs you one email and it is the part we are best at.

Can one enquiry cover several of these?

Yes, and it often does. A tournament can be a squad charter, a separate movement for officials and partners, and a courier run for equipment that missed the load, all inside one week.

One contact holds all of it rather than three people holding a third each.

Do you fly these yourselves?

No. We are a broker: we do not operate aircraft and we do not hold an air operator certificate. That is precisely what leaves us free to choose the right operator for each mission instead of selling the one we happen to own.

How quickly do you come back?

An assessment the same day, and in most cases a firm offer within 24 hours. For anything moving today, say so at the top and it goes to the front.

Tell us the mission.

Who or what travels, from where to where, and when. The category is our problem, not yours.
